HOW DO I WORK?
The First telephone call
After a long and detailed telephone conversation with the aim to learn what is important for you and your family, as I do believe in a holistic decluttering, we then book my visit.
Decluttering and organising at peoples home, is a very delicate and sensitive work and I take it very seriously with a lot of attention to you and your needs.
I will learn about your family daily routine, how many people at home? ages? the way you are using your home, what rooms are used for what? which spaces, wardrobes, storage you access the most? what are your daily routine around home? And more.
This information will help me to tailor the right solution for you.

The estimate
Next is an estimate from me that will include:
How many hours I will need to complete the project
How many hours I will need from you to be with me, when I am going through the sorting and departing from all the unnecessary stuff .
This stage is crucial and we will need to work together and you will need to let it go and trust me throughout the process.
I would like to be very clear here and emphasise on the following. Not like others, I am coming to let go of things that no longer relevant for you.
we will chuck away things!
I will prepare you for this, however, you need to do some work with yourself and prepare yourself to this special day/s.
The work
We book the time together, making sure you are free to join me when you are needed.
During the work, I will up date you of my progress.
Please note: I always clean the storage spaces before rearranging
Job Done
Finished!
One of the most satisfying moment we both have, so put the kettle on and buy some rich tea biscuits, they are my favourite.
